All sales of memberships are final upon completion. A membership may be cancelled at any time, and no recurring fee will be charged, but refunds for remaining time will not be provided.

Merchandise, books, DVDs and other items may be returned within 15 days for a full refund. We cannot refund postage and shipping fees. Simply email us and request a return authorization. We accept returns for manufacturing defects and satisfaction.
